I seriously do love this. The animation is pretty smooth, the video quality is a little low, but the same goes for the early works from Knox. This reminds me a lot of his stuff, and that's a big compliment. The writing itself is funny, and the voices go well with it.

Good art and animation, it had its own charm to it. As others have said, sound could have made a big difference. Either music to go with the dialog, or perhaps voice acting. You can usually find free voice acting in the audio forum, and most of the voice actors don't care how small the project is, they're just glad to get something to do.
Keep it up though, I like this.

Good stuff, your art and animation is solid, especially considering this is your first animation.
My tip? You need good voice actors. You can easily find some in the audio forum by posting in the "Voice Actor Wanted" thread, or you could even use me if you wanted. Most of the voice actors will work for free and are just glad to get exposure.
