This could possibly be a good cartoon, but it needs to take a Skyrim in the Mariocraft. Then Link appears and Ganondorf is a pony and Link is all like "You're not Batman!", and then Link is Batman and Sonic fights Shadow on DE_Dust.

But I'll still vote 5 because it had Mario. Ex. Dee.

Nah really though, good work! Parodies are mostly all I get caught up in here on NG, but I still do them because they're fun to record for, as I mentally can't take them seriously.

I still don't understand how everything you say is so clever and strangely hilarious in almost every situation.

But in all seriousness yeah, of course parodies can be fun, that's why I even made some in the past. But it can annoy me when I see certain users uploading nothing BUT parodies, and no actual clever writing or satire with it to begin with.

I think the funniest part about this is you practically didn't write it, the show really is like this. Anyway, this was fun, let's totally do more animations together. I'll fuck up your script and you can animate it well enough to play it off as good.

Also, that gore is God tier. You need to write some bloody scripts, that's what I think.

I read somewhere someone saying you always undervalue your own voice acting, totally true. You are one of the best VA's I've heard on NG, I'm just glad you decided to actually voice my ridiculous script (or a bunch of letters resembling words in my case).

So the description made it click better for me, I think where the confusion might be is because her entry is so "Eh, I'm here I guess", rolling her eyes and everything, and the music doesn't go into anything with a touch of enlightenment or inspiration. It stays on a happy little jingle and Zelda doesn't give a shit about anything, whereas the old cartoons would feature some campy touching music and the hero would seem to have some legitimate personal investment in sharing. The voice actress is great though, her execution of slight apathy was pretty well done.

Probably some little sendoff too, like she explains it and you display a "The More You Know" type thing, only to THEN reveal the punchline. I don't know if that would be "funnier", but it would have delivered the message better of this being like old cartoons.

The punchline itself is kinda old, playing with "gay" as a general insult versus the definition of homosexuality, so that's turning some people off too. I liked Louis CK's "Quit being a faggot and suck that dick" interpretation of it.

ANYWAY that's my constructive input, which has little to no value. Me personally, I liked it. I feel like your art is improving, and was that you voicing the kids? If it was, not bad on that at all.

I forgot about this altogether! I think when I was doing it, I imagined it as turning out way worse. I think my biggest gripe is the audio clipping, which might end up being my fault. If I sent you files that weren't loud enough to match up to the rest, then you might have turned them up or something, BUT ANYWAY the audio clipping wasn't too bad or frequent.

But I do like this, you did a good job and I look forward to the next thing I get to voice for you!

I think the audio clipping was my fault - I guess I messed up the settings when exporting the swf file.

I am glad you like how the animation turned out and I can't wait to work with you again on a future animation. I'll let you know when I have a new script ready.

That's really smooth animation, although I find amusement in the fact that the song is about BOTTLES of beer, and the video is of a can.

At first I kinda thought it was going to be a cheap attempt to ride the Goremaster train, but watching it I came to realize that it was a totally successful ticket, ready to be punched and send you on the way to Murdertown.

You've obviously got a selection of voice actors at hand, but should you ever want me to record for this series, I'd be happy to.

I certainly hope that this IS the beginning of a series.

I've been watching your stuff since your first submission and I really do like your videos. This one was great. I think as you get further into your characters you may find yourself wanting voice actors, if you ever hold an audition, I'll gladly try out for whoever I could be.

Sometimes your art is a little rough and unpolished looking, but you seem to be getting better at it, so I'm not really concerned about that.

Keep up the awesome work!
